Wedding or Event Coordination is similar to what is traditionally known as "day-of-coordination." We also refer to our services as partial wedding planning, since the nature of destination weddings requires us to be involved much earlier in the process.
We walk our clients through the foundations of wedding planning so that they can dream with confidence, knowing that everything will be taken care of by our team on their wedding day.
Our process has been carefully developed and refined over the years and is rooted in one key idea: success begins with educating and empowering the couple from the start.
Our team handles the core elements and details that truly set the tone of your wedding. This ensures a smooth transition when we take over 100% of logistics & coordination on the wedding day, so that you can be completely relaxed and enjoy every second of your celebration.
Our Solution-Oriented
APPROACH
Our method includes having three meticulously organized meetings + one final meeting at the venue for the finishing touches. After each of the first three meetings, the client will receive an email with tasks and activities to complete and send to us for review before we meet again.
In this way, we ensure that planning stays on track despite being completed long distance and that the process is streamlined, bringing no unnecessary stress to our clients.

What is the difference between
Planning and Coordination
In wedding planning services, the planner would be in charge of each and every detail, only leaving decisions to their client.
When the focus is wedding coordination, clients do some of the planning while the coordinator puts together the event logistics, communicates with vendors, and most importantly, attends the day of the event to coordinate from start to finish.
As such, our services tend to be more affordable than hiring a full wedding planner, since with our guidance, the couple contributes to the wedding planning.
